How to Request a Refund

- Include the email address used for your purchase
- Include your order number (found in your receipt)
Refund Processing
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our Merchant of Record. Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days to appear
Free Trial
Seshion offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. We encourage you to use the trial to ensure Seshion meets your needs before purchasing.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing period
- Your local data remains on your device
